CHEF SERVICES

The ultimate luxury experience – your own team of chef and host on hand for breakfast and lunch or dinner, each and every day of your stay in Syros, allowing you to enjoy delicious meals made with fresh ingredients without having to step foot outside your villa.

Service includes: preparation of breakfast and lunch or dinner, formal table service, and cleaning of utensils and kitchen.

Suggested times

Breakfast: the team arrives at 8am and breakfast is served at 10am

Lunch: the team arrives at 1pm and lunch is ready at 3pm

Dinner: the team arrives at 6pm and dinner is ready at 8pm

Breakfast

Coffee, tea and freshly squeezed juices, Detox green vegetable juice (spinach, celery, etc.), selection of fresh fruits and fresh fruit smoothies

Selection of cornflakes, multi-grains and granolas, coconut porridge bowls with berries, almond milk porridge bowl with roasted almond flakes and bananas, Greek yoghurt with unrefined bee honey

Selection of freshly baked breads and croissants, protein pancakes

Cold cuts and cheese platters including local Greek cheeses and oven baked turkey ham, eggs/egg whites to order, omelette wrap with ham and avocado, casserole zucchini frittatas.

Lunch/dinner menu

Appetiser

Steamed octopus on a fava bean purée with caramelised onions

or

Variety of grilled vegetables with fresh thyme marinade and balsamic vinegar glaze.

Salad

Cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, carob mini rusks, olives, diced feta cheese and extra virgin olive oil

Main dish

Sea bass fillet sauté with vegetable “spaghetti” and lemon sauce from its juice

or

Free-range chicken breast fillet grilled with baby potatoes, zucchini and carrots glazed with honey and pale mustard sauce

Dessert

Greek yoghurt and white chocolate namelaka (a type of mousse/ganache) with red berries

Note:

For groups of up to 12 guests the team will consist of one chef and one host.

For groups of between 13 and 18 guests the team will consist of one chef, one assistant and one host.
